Terms and conditions
The rules for placing orders, delivery, withdrawal from the contract and complaints.
This is an informational translation. The legally binding version is the Polish one.
1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for the sale of the products presented on twojeolejki.pl, and the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract.
The Seller is Monika Mazurek, [TO COMPLETE: legal form of the business, full address], [TO COMPLETE: tax identification number (NIP)], [TO COMPLETE: REGON number, if applicable], hereinafter the Seller. Contact: kontakt@twojeolejki.pl, +48 886 377 774.
The Seller is an independent doTERRA Consultant and is not an official representative or service of doTERRA Holdings, LLC.
2. Placing orders
- An order may be placed through the form on the site, by e-mail, by phone or through Messenger.
- The form on the site does not take payment — sending it prepares the text of the order, which the Buyer then sends to the Seller through their chosen channel.
- The contract of sale is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for fulfilment, together with the final price and the cost of delivery.
- Prices on the site are given in Polish zloty. The wholesale price applies only to registered doTERRA Wellness Partners.
- The Seller notes that product availability may change — if a product is unavailable, the Buyer will be informed before the order is fulfilled.
3. Payment
- Available payment methods: bank transfer or online payment (BLIK, card) after the order is confirmed, cash on delivery, or cash on collection in person.
- The Seller provides the payment details when confirming the order.
- The sales document is issued in accordance with the legal form of the business — [TO COMPLETE: rules for issuing a receipt or invoice].
4. Delivery
- Orders are fulfilled within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- Delivery methods: InPost parcel locker, courier (InPost / DPD), or collection in person by prior arrangement.
- Delivery is free for orders from 300 zł. Below that amount, the delivery cost is given when the order is confirmed.
- Indicative delivery time is one to two working days from dispatch. This does not cover any delays on the carrier side.
5. Right of withdrawal from the contract
A consumer, and a natural person concluding a contract directly connected with their business activity where the contract is not of a professional character for them, may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of taking possession of the goods, without giving a reason.
- A statement of withdrawal sent to the Seller e-mail address before the deadline is sufficient.
- A returned product must show no signs of use — given the nature of the products (essential oils, cosmetics, supplements), the right of withdrawal does not apply where the packaging was opened after delivery and the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (art. 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act).
- The Seller refunds the payment received without delay, and no later than 14 days from receiving the statement, and may withhold the refund until the product has been received.
- The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer.
6. Complaints
- The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, on the terms set out in the Consumer Rights Act.
- A complaint should be sent to the Seller e-mail address, describing the defect and attaching photographs where possible.
- The Seller will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
- A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. The nature of product information
The product information on this site is general in nature. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a doctor or pharmacist. Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts — consult a doctor before use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, with children, or with chronic conditions.
Food supplements do not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Products should be used in accordance with the information on the packaging.
8. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy.
9. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms. Orders placed before an amendment are governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed.
