What ordering looks like

You place an order
You choose the products and send the order through the site, by e-mail or through Messenger — whichever suits you.

We confirm the details
We get back to you the same or the next working day to confirm availability, the address and how you would like to pay.
- 03
We pack and ship
The parcel usually leaves within 24 hours of confirmation, with a tracking number.

You receive it — and we stay in touch
One to two working days to a parcel locker or your address. If questions come up about using the oils, just write.
InPost parcel locker
One to two working days depending on the city. Pay online or on delivery.
Courier (InPost / DPD)
Delivery to the address you give, one to two working days.
Collection in person
A meeting in Kraków, arranged in advance.
Online payment (BLIK / card)
A quick online payment once the order is confirmed.
Cash on delivery
Payment when you collect from the courier or the parcel locker.
Cash on collection in person
For collection in person or a meeting arranged locally.

Fourteen days to change your mind
If a product in unopened packaging has not met your expectations, write to us within 14 days of receiving the parcel and we will offer an exchange or a refund, in line with the consumer protection rules in force.
